If I place an order online when will it be shipped?

We aim to dispatch all online shop orders within 1-2 working days. At busy times it may take longer for us to dispatch your order. If you need something for a specific date please notify us of this and we'll do what we can to help you. 

I've bought a workshop ticket, can I swap the dates or get a refund?

Sorry, all our tickets are non returnable and refundable, so please ensure you are able to attend a course before booking. 

I'd like a custom piece of calligraphy doing, for a present can you do this?

Yes, we can. Please send an email to us through the contact form or to our email address, detailing when you'd need this for, and all the text you'd like to be put into calligraphy, and we can come back to you with costs and our availability.

I'd love to have a calligraphy tattoo, can you create one for me using your lettering?

Yes we can, you just need to let us know exactly what you'd like and any wording, and we can give you a price for creating the artwork.

Do you do branding for other people or create lettering for other brands or clients?

Yes we do, please get in touch and let us know what you have in mind.
