Instructions for helping us to create your very special letter from Father Christmas...

Just follow the steps below to receive your very special letter.

1. Purchase your letter or letters -

please make a note of your order number.

2. Download our Santa Letter form pdf here. 

3. Fill out the report card, with name, age, rating of NAUGHTY or NICE, tick the relevant scores on the report and add any notes at the bottom. Fill out the letter with chosen address - or location of recipient. Add some details Santa can use to personalise your letter. 

4. Save your filled out form or forms if there are more than 1, and send it to us, here at officialelfpost@imogenowen.com quoting your order number.

We will then send Santa's letter on to you alongside the report card. As this will arrive sealed with a wax seal, we are happy to send a digital proof of your personalised letter before dispatching, if needed please request this when you send your order form in.

This magical package contains a unique note from Santa himself, addressed directly to your adored one. Peppered with illustrations depicting festive escapades at the North Pole and anecdotal divulgences of such mischiefs and mayhems at Christmas Headquarters, this individualised service of ours epitomises festive enchantment. This ultra special festive post comes hand-calligraphed envelope, adorned with relevant Elf Post franking and sealed with Santa's very own wax seal. You will receive a letter from Santa including illustrated details and this is accompanied by the official report card...

We send these out to our customers in our usual post and packaging so will arrive presented as per any normal purchase, and undetectable by prying eyes!

We invite you to send one of personalised Letters From Santa to little ones, friends, colleague or anyone who's notably made it onto the "Naughty" or "Nice" list this year!

We do have cut off deadlines - it's always best to order asap, as it's a bespoke made to order special item, it does take a little time so orders start to be dispatched in November.

As always we are happy to provide a digital proof on request - we do ask you respond promptly to approve this, as it can delay your order.

Our LAST ORDER DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO MIDNIGHT SUNDAY 17th December.

We recommend choosing Next Day delivery at the checkout if you are concerned about getting your order in time for Christmas.

Our cut off for UK orders is 14th December.

Our recommended cut off for International Orders is the 30th November.

We will continue to dispatch orders out after these dates, but we would advise these timelines.
