It is made with milk chocolate that Pump Street make from bean to bar with beans from Hacienda Victoria in Ecuador. To this they add crisp shortcrust pastry that is ground into the base chocolate for buttery flavour, maple sugar and small pieces of pecans caramelised with maple sugar and demerara.
